About

I am a Clinical Psychologist in private practice, providing individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in Portland, OR and New York, NY.

Drawing from my psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy training, I approach therapy from an exploratory and curious stance to facilitate a deeper understanding of who you are. I view this as a vital step to understanding what goes on for you in relationships, work, and around important life events/transitions— and to making changes you desire in these areas. My goal is to collaborate with you to identify and shift patterns that might be contributing to feelings of being stuck, anxious, or hopeless. As the issues that bring people to therapy are unique, I focus on a personalized approach to treatment. I utilize an integrative framework and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

If you would like to schedule a consultation to discuss how I might be of help, please reach out through the Contact page.
